You can pin a conversation to keep it at the top of your messages for easy access.


a. Access Messages:

  • Go to Messages from the left-hand menu
  • Locate the conversation you want to pin or unpin

b. Pin or Unpin the Conversation:

  • Click the Pin icon next to the conversation to pin or unpin it for quick access. 

c. Verify:

  • Confirm that the conversation has been pinned or unpinned successfully


The conversation has been successfully updated.
