Tags can be edited to update their information and manage the candidates assigned to them.


a. Access and Locate the Tag:

  • Go to Tags from the left-hand menu
  • Locate and select the tag you want to edit
  • Click EDIT

The Edit Tag window will open.

b. Edit Tag Information:

Update the tag information as needed, including:

  • Tag title
  • Description (optional)
  • Auto Tags
  • Certifications (optional)
  • Documents (optional)
  • Review the updated information
  • Click SAVE

You can enable Auto Tags to automatically assign the tag to candidates who meet the criteria defined for the tag.


c. Verify:

  • Confirm that the changes have been successfully applied to the tag


The tag has been successfully updated.
