Error when requesting screens:

 

There are a number of reasons why you may receive an error message when you click Request Screens. Check the following to try to solve the problem:

  1. Have you selected a screening?
  2. Have you selected a candidate to screen?
  3. Has the candidate verified their email?
  4. Do you have enough tokens for the screening(s) you requested?


If none of those situations apply, please contact support@labour.ly for assistance.


Candidate has not received a screening request email:

 

If a candidate does not receive a screening email, have them check their spam folder. If they still cannot find it, please contact support@labour.ly for assistance.
