Labourly helps to sort candidates into four different lists, each belonging to one step of the approval process. To view these lists, go to the Job Board page and click on a job in the left-side panel.

  1. Short list: Candidates that match the qualifications listed on the job posting. From this list, contact a candidate to gauge their interest and review a candidate’s qualifications. Contacted candidates are notified of a job opportunity and can express their interest.
  2. Contacted: Candidates that have responded to the job opportunity. From this list, for Agency Hire jobs, send an interested candidate to a client for review. For Direct Hire jobs, approve interested candidates to fill the position. You can also review a candidate’s qualifications. Possible candidate responses include:
    • Interested: Candidates who are interested in the job opportunity.
    • Not Interested: Candidates who aren’t interested in the job opportunity.
    • Pending: Candidates who haven’t responded to the job opportunity.
  3. Reviewed (for Agency Hire jobs only): Candidates that you have sent to a client for final approval. From this list, view any candidates that are pending client review and that have been declined by the candidate.
  4. Approved: Candidates that have been approved to fill the job position.
