- SEND NEW sends an email invite to Candidates and allows them to sign up themselves. They receive notifications by default. Choose this option if a Candidate wants more control of the account.
- ADD NEW is when an Admin creates the account for the Candidate. The Candidate will only get an email to create a password. Notifications are off by default. Choose this option if a Candidate wants an Admin to manage their account.
