Your job postings are divided into three types: Pending, Filled, and Archive. Switch between these lists by clicking the tabs at the top of the left-side panel.

 

  • Pending Jobs: Jobs with positions that need to be filled. 
  • Filled Jobs: Jobs that have been filled.
  • Archived Jobs: Jobs that have been archived. Once a job has been archived, you can remove it permanently.

 

To view a job posting:

  1. On the Job Board page, at the top of the left-side panel, click the tab with the types of jobs you’d like to view (PENDING, FILLED, or ARCHIVED).
  2. In the left-side panel, hover over the job you’d like to view, and click VIEW.
