When Admins create a job, Labourly automatically generates a short list of qualified Candidates based on the skills listed on their profile (certifications, work experience, education, documents). Admins and Clients can then manually select Candidates to fill positions by reviewing their profile and specific qualifications for the job.
Filling a job is an easy four-step process:
- An Admin or Client creates a job. Labourly creates a short list of Candidates qualified for the job. Only Admins can see the automated shortlist.
- Admins review the short list and contact specific Candidates.
- For a Direct Hire job, Admins can both review and approve interested Candidates. For an Agency Hire job, Admins can review interested Candidates and send them to the Client for approval.
- Approved candidates are confirmed for the job!
