To edit a pending or filled job posting:

  1. On the Job Board page, at the top of the left-side panel, click the tab with the types of jobs you’d like to view (PENDING or FILLED).
  2. In the left-side panel, hover over the job posting you’d like to edit, and click VIEW.
  3. In the job information panel, click •••.
  4. Click EDIT.
  5. Make changes to the job information.
  6. Click SAVE.


NOTE: You can only edit Pending and Filled job postings. To edit a job posting in Archive, you must first unarchive that job posting.


To archive a pending or filled job posting:

  1. On the Job Board page, at the top of the left-side panel, click the tab with the types of jobs you’d like to view (PENDING or FILLED).
  2. In the left-side panel, hover over the job posting you’d like to archive, and click VIEW.
  3. In the job information panel, click •••.
  4. Click ARCHIVE.


To unarchive an archived job posting:

  1. On the Job Board page, at the top of the left-side panel, click the ARCHIVE tab.
  2. Under Archived Jobs, hover over the job posting you’d like to unarchive, and click VIEW.
  3. In the job information panel, click •••.
  4. Click UNARCHIVE.


To permanently delete a job posting:


NOTE: You must first archive a job posting to permanently delete it. Once a job posting is deleted, it can’t be recovered.


  1. On the Job Board page, at the top of the left-side panel, click the ARCHIVE tab.
  2. Under Archived Jobs, hover over the job posting you’d like to delete, and click VIEW.
  3. In the job information panel, click •••.
  4. Click DELETE.
