1. On the Job Board page, at the top of the left-side panel, click the PENDING tab.
  2. Under Pending Job Postings, click ADD NEW.
  3. Choose how to create your job posting:
    1. To duplicate a pre-existing job posting, hover over a pre-existing job posting, and click DUPLICATE. Make your changes to the pre-filled information and fill out the required information.
    2. To make a new job posting from scratch, click CREATE NEW. Fill out the required information.
  4. Click SAVE.

 

You can also duplicate a job posting on a filled job posting itself: 

  1. On the Job Board page, at the top of the left-side panel, click the FILLED tab.
  2. Under All Filled Jobs, hover over the job posting you’d like to duplicate, and click VIEW.
  3. In the job information panel, click •••.
  4. Click DUPLICATE.
  5. Make changes to the job information.
  6. Click SAVE CHANGES.
