You can manage your users on the Settings page in Your Users. Users are divided by Candidates, Clients, and Admins.

 

To edit a user’s login permissions:

  1. On the Settings page, in the Your Settings panel, hover over Your Users and click VIEW.
  2. At the top of the user lists panel, click the tab with the types of users you’d like to view (CANDIDATES, CLIENTS, or ADMINS).
  3. In the user lists panel, hover over the user you’d like to view and click VIEW.
  4. In the user information panel, click •••.
  5. Click EDIT USER.
  6. Choose to enable or disable a user’s ability to log in.
  7. Click SAVE CHANGES.

 

To reset a user’s password:

  1. On the Settings page, in the Your Settings panel, hover over Your Users and click VIEW.
  2. At the top of the user lists panel, click the tab with the types of users you’d like to view (CANDIDATES, CLIENTS, or ADMINS).
  3. In the user lists panel, hover over the user you’d like to view, and click VIEW.
  4. In the user information panel, click •••.
  5. Click RESET PASSWORD.
  6. A confirmation window will appear. Click RESET to send a Password Reset email to the user.
