To edit a certification:

  1. On the Certifications page, at the top of the left-side panel, click the ALL tab.
  2. Under All Certifications, click the certification you’d like to edit. 
  3. In the certification panel, click EDIT.
  4. Make changes in the fields provided.
  5. Choose the Requirement:
    1. Select ‪SUGGESTED ‪if it's an optional certification for your assigned candidates.
    2. ‪‪Select ‪MANDATORY ‪if it's a required certification for your assigned candidates.
  6. Choose the Expiry Type: 
    1. Select ‪NO EXPIRY if the certification does not expire. 
    2. Select ‪USER GENERATED if the certification does expire. This option lets Candidates enter the expiry date.
  7. Assign your selected certifications to candidates. See how to assign candidates to tags.
  8. Click SAVE.

 

To delete a certification:

  1. On the Certifications page, at the top of the left-side panel, click the ALL tab.
  2. Under All Certifications, click the certification you’d like to delete. 
  3. In the certification panel, click EDIT.
  4. Click DELETE.
