Confirming your email and mobile number helps us know that you own the account and that we're sending your account information to the right person.
To confirm your mobile number:
- Enter the code you receive via text message (SMS). This will be sent to the phone number you input so ensure it is a mobile phone, not a landline or fax. Standard data messaging rates may apply.
- If you didn't receive a code:
- Double check that the phone number you entered is correct.
- Resend the code (give it a couple moments to come through before resending the code again).
- If you still didn't receive a code, please contact support at support@labour.ly
To confirm your email:
- Click the link in the Confirmation Email you receive when you created your account.
- If you didn't receive a confirmation email:
- Double check that the email you entered is correct. You can find this in your SETTINGS under "User Profile Information" and under the input, "Primary Email Address".
- Resend the email under "Primary Email Address" click CHANGE, then click RESEND under your unverified email address
