Confirming your email and mobile number helps us know that you own the account and that we're sending your account information to the right person.


To confirm your mobile number:

  • Enter the code you receive via text message (SMS). This will be sent to the phone number you input so ensure it is a mobile phone, not a landline or fax. Standard data messaging rates may apply.
  • If you didn't receive a code:
    1. Double check that the phone number you entered is correct.
    2. Resend the code (give it a couple moments to come through before resending the code again).
    3. If you still didn't receive a code, please contact support at support@labour.ly


To confirm your email:

  • Click the link in the Confirmation Email you receive when you created your account.
  • If you didn't receive a confirmation email:
    1. Double check that the email you entered is correct. You can find this in your SETTINGS under "User Profile Information" and under the input, "Primary Email Address". 
    2. Resend the email under "Primary Email Address" click CHANGE, then click RESEND under your unverified email address
    3. If you still didn't receive a code, please contact support at support@labour.ly
