You can mute a conversation to stop receiving notifications from it. Muted conversations can be unmuted at any time.


a. Access Messages:

  • Go to Messages from the left-hand menu
  • Locate the conversation you want to mute or unmute


b. Mute or Unmute the Conversation:

  • Click the three-dot menu next to the conversation
  • Click MUTE or UNMUTE


c. Verify:

  • Confirm that the conversation has been muted or unmuted successfully


The conversation has been successfully updated.
