Labourly provides two ways to create candidate accounts: ADD NEW and INVITE.
Both options create candidate profiles, but they are used in different ways depending on how the candidate account will be managed
ADD NEW:
Use ADD NEW when an Admin will create and manage the candidate profile.
With this option:
- The Admin creates the candidate profile manually or by uploading a resume
- The candidate can later receive a password creation email to access their account.
- Profile information can be completed and managed by the Admin
This option is commonly used when:
- the Admin is responsible for setting up the profile
- candidate information is already available
- the candidate is not expected to complete the profile setup themselves immediately
INVITE:
Use INVITE when candidates are expected to sign up and access their own account.
With this option:
- The candidate receives an email invitation
- The candidate creates their own password
- The candidate can access and complete their own profile information
This option is commonly used when:
- candidates are expected to manage their own profile
- candidates need direct access to their account
- candidates are expected to complete their own profile setup
You can now choose the option that best fits your candidate setup process.
